New league Ownership?
Links? Proof? News article?...
Can you answer why this is in the opportunities section, when you do not mention a single opportunity?
Or was this a weak attempt at being funny? But judging by the amount of time you put into this post, I'm guessing you were in a rush to leave the house because you were running late for cheerleading camp.

The best response is, don't feed the trolls.

Conference call? Funny? and running late for camp? Figured if they were the ones calling the shots now. And from the phone call I guess they are. What do they own, 60% now of the league? :infun:

I still see no proof in front of my eyes. I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm simply saying you are not correct until I see proof.
Even if the league was sold (or part of it) I'll still be there opening day.
I still don't see what you are trying to accomplish.

I still don't see what you are trying to accomplish. I am glad to see that you are still going to support you team, and you need to. It's fans like you that keep these teams going. Amd I am not tryiing to accomplish anything, it looks like it was going to take someone to step up to the plate and take hold of the league and put J and E in their place in order for the CIFL to survive, because they were running like a hobby, or it was going to go down the toilet, Even with the teams that have left they may be able to have some sort of league

Why Chicago Indoor Football League ?
Hoffman Estates is like 40 miles away or some sh*t.
:) Before anyone chimes in with the Rush
not being in Chicago, at least an average
person can easily walk or ride their bicycle
to Rosemont from Chicago and back. I have.
(then again ain't nuthin' average about me  )
May I suggest Cook County Indoor Football League.
just saying. :D

Doesn't that make it one of the closer suburbs. While I've only been to Chi Town a couple of times, it seemed like everything was within reach by train, subway or bus.

Hoffman's a little out of town, probably 25 miles from the Circle. Of course, the Detroit Pistons play about 25 miles out of downtown in Auburn Hills, and no one's complaining there...so this is again a "non issue."
Not sure HE is attainable by the train or subway, probably would be by a bus; the arena is right off the Addams (nee Northwest).

I think I have only had to do this once before... when the tide were compared to the patriots...
STOP COMPARING PRO TEAMS TO SEMI - PRO TEAMS...LOL

A team in a suburb works if the immediate area is the primary draw for the team. Problem, usually, is advertising. Most suburbs don't have their own newspapers or television stations. And most radio stations tend to still aim at a 'Chicago-wide' market instead of smaller footprint.
But, it does make it easier for suburbanites to get to a game.

The Sears Centre is not attainable by Subway. I think the train would drop you off with a 10 minute drive to the station (if you were coming from Chi-town).
The only way to get there is to drive. I 90 runs right next to the arena.
