So a little more digging produces the following:

There are TWO individuals claiming the registration rights to FAnz-TV /Fanz.TV.

Both are in Illinois.
One has some kind of TV network start up.
and the other....
Is the owner of the PBL.

You couldnt make this stuff up if you tried !!! LOL

Interestingly, the PBL broadcast games last year through the Fanz Television Network, as according to an article Chris Munson posted on OSC in March 2008.

In an unrelated matter, can we please have a moratorium on organizations deciding to use the letter "Z" to replace the letter "S" as beeying wai kewl? Utah Eaglez? NYC Internationalz? What's next, the Utica Wreckerz?

if you go to pblvirtualstadium.com (that I watched a couple of pbl games on last year), it goes to penn atlantic. i don't see anything about Fans TV Network. does this refer to a local tv deal that perhaps rochester had?

I agree, it was Penn that was doing the SeaDawgs and Showcase games online last year. And in Rochester, I believe it was the local Time Warner sports station that broadcasted the games.

The only mention of the PBL and Fanz-TV was with the Showcase in this article:
