According to rumors at wnbatalk.com, it looks like the theoretical Chicago team would play at UIC Pavilion.

Yes, this information is 99% true. We're just waiting for the WNBA to make an official announcement. Hopefully they won't hold out too long and announce it before the 2005 season starts.

BTW, do you know the capacity for UIC Pavillion??
