WHERE - Premier Indoors Sports, US-23 exit 80, 14261 Torrey Road, Fenton Michigan
The Genesee County Patriots will be hosting the Third Annual Patriot's Open Public Combine for the 2005 season. Premier Indoor Sports, Genesee County's newest state of the art indoor sports facility, will now be host to the tryouts and is the official off season practice site of the Patriots. The Patriots are a third year Minor League football team entering their second season in the North American Football League.
Registration is $35 for all new players trying out. Anyone is welcome to tryout that is 18 years of age and older (graduating seniors who are 17 may tryout with a parent or guardian's signature). In addition, the Patriots offer compensation/commission based opportunities so that this can be the only cost to an Athlete that wishes to become a member of the Patriot family. (Primary equipment is supplied by the team: shoulder pads, helmet, game uniforms.) Charter transportation is also provided. Athletes do retain their amateur status.
