Do they serve beer at the Arena? I know it's on a college campus so I assume not.

No, they don't serve beer.
Lipscomb is not only a college campus, it is a Church of Christ affiliated university known in the Nashville area for its',ahem, conservatism.
In the early 1970's, I played intercollegiate tennis for Peabody College (later bought by Vanderbilt University, so it is no longer in existence), and we played Lipscomb often. Once, we played Lipscomb in a match at Lipscomb, and I tried to buy a soft drink in the Student Center in between the singles and doubles matches. I WAS EVICTED FROM THE STUDENT CENTER FOR WEARING TENNIS SHORTS.
They have loosened up a little since then, but not much. I wouldn't expect them to start allowing beer sales anytime soon.
That said, the positives of playing there outweigh the negatives. They have a very nice arena that is the right size to fit the Rhythm's aspirations, it is located in a nice area of Nashville, and free parking is plentiful. Nashville fans are accustomed to the collegiate game anyway, so alcohol at big-time basketball events is not an expectation.

Whoa Houston! Not an expectation?

Your last sentence was pure spin. It's all about alcohol in pro sports--NASCAR (180 mph beer billboards) is big in Nashville. The Coors twins are big too (no pun intended). Basketball is no exception. Nashville is no exception.

If the Rhythm are fortunate enough to relocate to a real professional venue, then you will at last see the light (drink the lite?).
