NBC may pick up special games

The NLL on NBC?

Sources say the National Lacrosse League is close to a deal with NBC, which would have the American network carry live broadcasts of the all-star game and the championship game.

American national television exposure has been a priority for commissioner Jim Jennings and this deal would be a huge PR boost for the 10-team league.

Good news for the NLL I hope it happens

It appears that this is official, NBC will show the NLL All-Star Game on February 27th and the President's Cup Final. Its kinda nice that NBC has turned into the niche sports network. Between the AFL, NLL and NHL, the leagues that need the most exposure in the US are finally getting it. Is it too much to hope that the CFL have games on NBC?
