Nice work on a milestone, your first series win as a franchise. Hopefully things will turn around and you guys can pull yourselves out of the cellar. I have a feeling you will.
Bad news for my Jackals. No offense Rapidz fans, but the Jackals should not lose TWO to the worst team and should not be under .500 this half. Luckily, we have a month left.

We're out of the cellar but looking at the standings, it ain't pretty. We are going into AC then you guys. I wished I shared your optimism but I think the Rapidz will finish last again. It's still early in this second half with teams playing only a dozen games.

By the way, there were a handful of Jackals fans in Ottawa yesterday. They were sitting in upper section EE. Had a Jackals banner too. If you guys read this, welcome to Ottawa!

I went to Friday nights game, the crowd was great & very enthusiatic. NJ made some terrible errors in the field to help our cause.

Hope they can make it 3 in a row today - that would be a first & I will be there to see it.

I agree, the Rapidz probably will not escape the cellar in the second half. However, I suspect they will end up with a much better W L record than they did in the first half.

Hope Lemieux can return soon as that will help. I think one of the reasons for the improved play of the team has been the hitting of both Infante & de los Santos at the top of the order. Pirman has also improved at the plate. I think if the team had 2 or 3 more Bergerons, we would be in first place. He's not the greatest at first, however he has improved there, but he's a horse at the plate.

Done! The hits just kept coming for our first 3-game win streak and first series win. Tied season high 18 runs and new season high 20 hits.

Can the guys do the same to the Surf? Stay tuned.
