Congratulations to the Sportimes and John McEnroe for his participation in WTT regular season matches, and for his participation in championship weekend.
Ms. Harkelroad, on the other hand, is another matter. She played not one WTT event this season, according to www.wtt.com. Yet she now is suddenly available to play Championship Weekend? What's that all about?
Even the Tencap club league in which I play in Kansas City requires participants in the championship rounds to have participated in at least two matches in the regular season. That's a good rule and should be applied by WTT, as well.
Most importantly, congratulations to our Kansas City Explorers. You guys and gals were a joy to watch this season, and we're confident that you will represent yourselves and our town well on Sunday. We'll be watching the live broadcast and cheering you on. Good luck!
