Steelheads all Ok?

Is the steelheads making their payroll? I hope so. the players are not getting that much as it is.

This league is so generic. Players are not bound to no team, they can jump around at will. You can make as many roster moves as you want. Man, even in local park district leagues they have rules about roster changes.

Does the league hold teams acountable to make their so-called contract agreements to the players?

I will stand by what I said previously, this league had gotten worse. Too bad, we need a good spring/summer league, like the USBL once was, until they forgot to try and regionalize the divisions better, and travel costs killed them.

I want to go to a Gary game, but not if they are not paying the players. Ken steelheads fan, please take a pay cut!!

well, not so fast, if you and your friends would GO to the Gary games, maybe there'd be less concern about them making payroll. Although with your attitude, I doubt you'd enjoy yourself.

"Not-So-Fast" - I certainly understand what you are saying, and I hope that the players are getting paid. However, please don't judge the entire league by a small number of teams that have problems. From what I understand, the vast number of teams make payroll, and this kind of thing isn't a problem.

Wind Car 55, I have been to plenty of ibl games, in fact i used to coach in the ibl (shows you how desperate they are). And I would enjoy it. I am only saying and will continue to say there is no program in place to improve the league.

And I will be going to a Gary game soon, I'm waiting to see if the gas prices drop. Which of course they won't.

the ibl... well....it is what it is...... By the way, Aren't we all tired of that phrase?
