I received this e-mail from the venue about Carolina's next home game...

At the request of the visiting team, the Carolina Thunder ABA basketball game on December 23rd has been postponed. I will advise you of the rescheduled date as soon as it is arranged by the teams.

You mean they gave notice that a game would be postponed?

The team didn't give notice, the arena did. I just happened to be on the e-mail list for the arena since I had e-mailed them about the team before the season started.

Re-read my post. The game is postponed b/c Maryland can't make the game, not Carolina.
