If you have any more ideas on the grading system, please contribute. Runninref suggests officiating as part of the system. Scores updated from the winter season results and 2007 summer season. After time for some input, this data and methodology will be put together in grid form and posted to a web site. The data will speak for itself.

I like it. Of course, people can quibble with the scores of the individual components for each league's score, but I believe the overall scores give a pretty accurate picture of the overall minor league basketball landscape.

hopefully, the idea is to eliminate most of the quibbling by focusing on the objective things that we can count and calculate. to be fair, we need a mean and a standard deviation of some of the objective data as well to really show it accurately, but this is a start. i'd like feedback on the scoring system itself and any hard data that supports a score other than what i calculated from my research last year.
