I was just looking at the http://www.theportlandreign.com/tickets.html site and it shows that tickets range from $10 a seat to $35 for a bleacher 'VIP' seat. That seems a little high considering what the venues are for this league.

What are the prices like around the league? Is there a league standard or ceiling?

Also, is there any place to get attendance figures?

I have 2 courtside season tickets to the Nashville Rhythm; they cost me $11.67 per seat per game. Single game prices range from a low of $7.00 to a high of $13.00. The Rhythm are very affordable, even though they play in a very nice mid-major Div 1 college arena instead of the high school gyms where many ABA teams play.
Some of the ABA teams with attendance problems might do better if they provided more affordable prices for good seating. If you try to sell the ABA product at NBA-style pricing, I can see why many people aren't buying. These franchises need to keep the basic prices cheap, then provide bargain pricing for group sales. That gets people in the doors; then if they like the product (and the ABA DOES provide an entertaining brand of hoops, whatever else may be wrong with the league), they'll come back.
This is a minor league product, and if you try using major-league style pricing, you're shooting yourself in the foot. The Rhythm has been intelligent enough to recognise what their product is and what it isn't; and the fan base is growing as a result (tonight's game drew about 1500, the biggest crowd since the opener).
