Well I've been trying to follow Jacksonville for the last few months and like everyone else I can't seem to find out if they play or not, who is on the team, or what there record is.

To me it feels like 1/4 the teams are run like a men's league, 1/4 are non-existant, 1/4 are on hold, and 1/4 are trying to do a good job.
