Ex Sun King championship coach Bill Bayno, Was hired by Loyola Marymount to take over their struggling program. Not very interesting but, what else do we have to talk about.

He only took that job after the Xplosion turned him down.
He wanted to be Carlos Knox's assistant. But the X are building for next year, they had a solid foundation, and with all those players returning, they look to be the favorite to win the CBA, and they have the All-star game.
Also, it wasn't fair that they didn't get a home game vs. Minot.
I'm sorry I haven't been around, I bet my mom that the Skyrockets would win and when they didn't, she banned me from posting on the CBA board for a while.
Billy Bayno should watch some X game tape to help him prepare on how to be a winner next year.

Okay, enough digs. Keep them out of threads that have nothing to do with the team or typical responses.
Thankyou, Skippy. I agree that we should have had a home playoff game. But at least we made the Conference finals.
As far as the Xplosion, it is good to see that many of our team will return. I've been visiting the website but nothing new, aside from their having a summer league. I look forward to next season and I can't wait for X to sell tix again.

Shouldn't they be doing that now?

I was at UNLV in 97-98...WAC tourney champs!...and there were rumors then that Greedy Daniels, Nesby and Dickell all had their cars and apartments paid for by boosters, etc. Some of which was proven. Why would a college take a chance on him? He's a winner, but at what cost?

rams80. But your question should go to the other 9 teams also. I've only seen one team, RGV, announce that they are selling for next season.

The Cavalry have already started selling season tickets, they have around a 92 percent reup on this season's holders and are hoping to use the title to get more people to sign up.
at the websites. RGV is the only team advertising the upcoming season and under the link 'tickets' Albany is the only team with the update.

You didn't look very close to the Cavs site. Season tickets they have the info for the 2008-2009 season. They put it up before the regular season ended, so the old stuff is included above it.
I checked the Cavs website and saw season tickets for 07/08 along with the selling of tickets for the 08 tiitle game and congratulating the Cavs for winning it all. I saw nothing of 08/09. I checked the whole front page and the ticket link.

The websites are run by the league, as by my understanding, therefore they might not have anything past this season ready to go. However, they are selling tickets for next year, and they have been pushing it hard the entire playoffs.
