For those keeping score, this is Chicago's seventh announced ABA team in its history:

Skyliners (made inaugural ABA finals, lost to Detroit Dogs)
Soldiers (played three games, then folded)
Rockstars (said they'd resume in another league...the best laid plans are often never)
Throwbacks (everybody made fun of them when announced, but they're actually the most successful of the entries. How do I know? They joined the PBL, and their arena's been used for league showcase purposes)
Cometas USA (Cicero) (folded, ownership was supposed to run PBL's Chicago Aztecas-no word on that so far)
Infernos ("South Chi-Land") (wrong on so many levels...It's "Chi-Town" or "Chicagoland"; I've never heard "Chi-Land" used before. Plus, you always call it "Southside" like the White Sox do. And "Infernos" being plural? No wonder this team never hit the court)
New entry (again, "South" Chicago? It's "Southside"-Northside and Westside for the other parts.)

This team's gonna shut down faster than hometown hero Twista spits a rap verse...

What? Seven franchises isn't enough for Joe to realize it just isn't going to work in Chicago?

Now, Chris, you are jepordizing your new job as ABA Director of Media Operations less than 24 hours after you got hired...

At first I thought this was a Joe's idea of an April Fools Day joke, but I realized he doesn't joke about another 10K, he just deposits it.

"Another day, another 10K"

Maybe this should go on the road signs:

Welcome to Chicago.
Population 2,833, 321
Where ABA teams go to die!

This team will probably fold before it even gets off the ground, if not I'll give them 2 games tops before they do fold lol
