Did I hear him right? They are now to me known as the Lawton for sale Cavs?
I like Lawton Cavs, but what's up with the 'for sale' part?

It's the Lawton Fort Sill Calvary psbf.

Yep.

A few years ago Lawton incorporated Ft. Sill into their name so that big business would see a mulitpule named town.

Happy Easter to all that come to the Forms....

Would be at the game, but family came to town.

Will be at the Monday game.

Thanks, Cavs. He said this is the biggest crowd of the season and it looks it. I wonder what the numbers are.

Not sure, I know the numbers would be + 3 if I could have gone...LOL

Would be a bit bigger to if Easter wasn't tomorrow.
THen again, it could be this big because of Easter?

Looks like close to 1900 or more.

Great game. Cavs Up 1 - 0.

Just announced...

Attenance for the game - 2,117
Sold 1,200 tickets in advance.
No Season tickets for the game. Walk up or advance tickets sales.

Not bad....

Hope Monday will be just as good

Good crowd! It looked like a sell-out from what I saw. I heard the announcer say that the 1,200 were sold prior to the game.

Was not a sell out. The Cavs have not sold out a game all season, and it doesn't look like it's going to happen tonight. A 7:30 game on a school night is a tough one for parents, and the GPC is not the kind of place that is really great late at night.
Just my 2 cents

I'll be there with my kid. I don't care if it is a school night. We have an understanding that as long as her grades don't falter and she's not too hard to get out of bed in the morning, we can do things like Cavs' games on weeknights. It worked all year, so I can't let her miss the finals!

I recall being told similar things in my younger days.

Anyhow, one would hope that there will be at least 1,700 or 1,800 people there.

I'll predict 1500-1600 tonight.... if I know my town.

Let's see if they can exceed my expectations. They usually do the opposite...

I'm glad I heard that wrong. Lawton/Ft. Sill sounds better.
The webcast is working, looks like another great crowd!

At the half,

Minot 50

Great game so far and a great crowd, looks like a packed house

I love the Cavs annoucer, he may be repeatative(lol), but makes the game exciting!

At the end of 3,

Oklahoma 76
Minot 75

When the Cavs went on an 11-0 run and took their first lead of the game, the place went nuts!!!! Crowd was on their feet, and it was really loud, momentum was on their side, but Minot capitalized off a few Cav turnovers and cut the lead to one

Were in store for a great 4th qtr!

That shot was awsome!!! Ronnie Fields is the man!!!

What happened? I last saw with less than a minute tied 89 and the Cavs kept missing great chances.

Cavs miss two shots. Minot rebounds. Timeout called by Minot with 1.5 seconds to go. Fields inbounds to Scrubbs, Scrubbs back to Fields, three pointer at the buzzer. 92-89 GOSKYROCKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richardson and co. blasted the officials after the game on the record. The foul differential was 28 fouls against the Cavalry vs. 17 against the Skyrockets.
Free throws- Minot was 29-for-44; Oklahoma was 14-of-22.
However, the real killer was the turnovers, as the Cavalry had 28 total and 17 in the first half while Minot had 16 the entire game.

I can't believe they allow that local Minot official to do a CBA Championship game. He's been screwing people all year. But at least before it was on Minot's home court and during the regular season but now he's traveling and deciding championships, wonderful.

Thanks for the updates, I was having computer problems and just after I asked I found the score on the track.
I heard the announcer complain about some of the calls and how amazed he was that a couple were not called.
I agree with the poster who said that his repeating helps the game. He did say that he say there were over 2,000(his estimate) and it seemed like there were at least that many. But 1,801 is not bad for a school night.
This has the makings of going the distance. But if the Cavs continue to commit turnovers it could come to haunt them.
