Rochester looked impressive in its win over Reading. Fatigue may have set in for Reading, but Arkansas managed to overcome it in their upset win. A solid crowd of 5,217 was on hand for the game in Rochester, so the team continues to post strong numbers after a slow start. Hopefully they'll be able to top that for the final.

5200 to any minor league basketball event is impressive now.

............The above statement is both a positive (for Rochester and the PBL) and a negative (the sad state of the minor league basketball).

The Razorsharks have gained a lot of steam at the gate after a somewhat bleak start as they're at a bit under 31K through 11 games. While their reasons were 100% justified, I suspect not participating in the ABA playoffs last year hurt them a bit, but they dug out and regained people's confidence. It's good to see as they're a solid operation.

The Amerks are doing okay considering how terrible the team is and the ownership group's financial struggles. They had 8,457 Friday, which I thought was fairly good, while the Knighthawks drew over 10K (and they're having an abnormally mediocre season). An investor for the Knighthawks and Amerks was in town this weekend while the Rhinos have been sold, so things are coming around.
