Any idea when the finals might start?
If Minot wins tomorrow night then the first two games of the series will be at the CAVS
If the X can come back and win tomorrow then the first game of the series will be up in the air until after game 3 on Thursday.
Would they start the series during Easter or would they be smart and start it on Monday
Just trying to get an idea of when I need to get a babysitter....LOL

The article in Sunday's paper said the Cavs would like to play 2 home games on Saturday and Monday, regarless of who wins the other series. They'd give up the home court advantage to the X if they had to so that they could play the 1st 2 at home. If Minot wins, the Cavs would have the first 2 at home anyway.
I HOPE they play Saturday. If they don't sell out a finals game on a Saturday night, then it's pretty safe to say they will never sell out a game at the coliseum...
I read that also, about us hosting the first two games if we make it through.
We were in it all the way to the third quarter. In any other game we would have prevailed. Only in Minot we go cold in the final quarter and lose. We need to start strong and finish strong or it will be over for us after tomorrow night.
Whoever faces your Cavs, it will be another good series!

Cavs vs SkyRockets
Game 1 - @Lawton - Saturday 7:30 pm
Game 2 - @ Lawton - Monday 7:30 pm
Game 3 - 5 - @ Minot
Should be an good series
I see it as the Cavs in 4 games?
I'm sure it will. The X gave it a great run and we had a good season. I'm not sure who my pick is, although I have to admit that I'm glad the Sun Kings are out.

Im going with Oklahoma, saw a few of their games against Yakima on the webcast, and they are a real good team. They are a complete team, they have the guards, and the bigs, and good depth!
Should be a good series though, Minot wont make it easy for the Cavs

I'll reserve my prediction til we see if Brandon Dean is suspended, as well as MRR. I definitely will be rooting for the Calvalry though.
wha happen'd?

This series and the title are in the bag for Minot. It's just a matter of whether it might actually require more than three games. Root and cheer all you want, Front Orifice..... it won't matter, we'll be seeing you in the Back Office later for a little ''service work.''
Skyrockets in Flight! Afternoon Delight!!!!! Afternoon Delight!!

Whoa !!!
Minot will win and sweep the series, and afterwards much gnashing of teeth and sadness from separation from the Drucker Cup will occur in all other CBA cities.
I shall sit in mother's basement in my Laz-E-Boy recliner, and drink a toast of MadDog 20/20 to all my homeslices, whilst I receive the sweetest victory special attention from all the ladies who love the Skyrockets.
It will be awesome, even more awesome than the time that I beat Pitfall!

2 things Skippy
1. I have seen the girls in Minot and that is nothing to get to excited about.
2. After MRR has his way with your girls, well say no more.

First of all, I happened to cross paths with Brandon Dean yesterday and he said that he'd be playing Saturday night.
Surprised to see Minot fans talking about maybe sweeping the Cavs! That talk will end after Saturday's game. The Cavs already did the hard work of eliminating the toughest team in the league in Yakima...

Things I'm doing to psyche up the team and help them with ideas to promote.
1. Getting a skyrocket's tatoo, I haven't decided if I should get it on my back or on my forehead.
2. Burning the skyrocket's logo into my leg. That's definitely going to happen.
3. My wife is making me a Skyrockets D-band, with a skyrockets sticker and a D-band.
4. I'm making a "there's a game tonight sign" and putting it in my yard.
5. Being on the internet 24/7/365 talking about the skyrockets.
6. Placing a hex on the Lawton boys so that they will miss free throws, but when I say "jabberwocky", they'll automatically do go again.
7. Donating the proceeds of the gas station I work at sale of those easter eggs that are supposed to go the March of Dimes to the Skyrockets.

Are you also selling "I LUV PSBF" t-shirts at your gas station?

to the topic of this thread, I like the Cavs, but don't like Richardson and given how the Skyrockets swept us in our final two home games last season and swept us in our playoff series, I hope they take it. But I also hope the Cavs have sell-outs.

Is it safe to assume this game is on? I know the Skyrockets were having some troubles getting out of Minneapolis with the snowstorm.
No tracker for it and I'll have to check later to see if it's on a webcast.

I believe they said the Skyrockets flight got diverted to Arkansas and the Cavs had a bus go pick them up. They thanked someone during the game (I think it was the Ft. Sill Apache Casino) for loaning them the bus to get to Arkansas.
