Make him resign at once. Actually display some courage and look like you actually care about your customers (what few customers you have left). Otherwise, you appear to be supporting this mess. Get a conference call together and demand that the wigged one resign. He has zero credibility and you have nothing left to lose. An honorable man would resign and be through with all of this.

The owners are enabling this man to continue this show. You've already lost your money and made yourselves look foolish. I'd love to say something stronger but I don't want to upset Paul with my remarks. It's his board so I will respect him. I have no respect for the Commissioner however and the owners need to make a joint statement demanding a resignation at once. Chris has given you an opening. Now do the right thing and ask for his resignation. You and the teams shouldn't be alone in leaving. The Commissioner should be done as well.

Wow, what a failure of a league, thanks to the ABA CEO!

The ABA is a publicly traded corporation, of which Joe and his cronies hold majority control. Franchise owners have no say in how the league as an entity is operated.

In other words, they're screwed.

Hey Perry Mason, you are missing my point.

You are dealing with an 'outlaw'. Use his 'rules' against him. Joe does not follow the law like most people.

Bomp is right.

THe only way this continuing downward spiral of the ABA will end is a new leader, anyone.

I've said it before...

the ABA doesn't need a Newman in charge,

it needs a New MAN in charge!
