Granted, it is only the first quarter, but if the CAVS keep up the pressure like they are this game is already in the books.

37-19 what a game.

Well that was certainly entertaining. Brandon Dean stole an inbound pass with 6 seconds left and was fouled. After two made free throws the Sun Kings missed a layup and to quote the Oklahoma announcer....."Cavs Win! Cavs Win! Cavs Win! Cavs Win! Cavs Win! Cavs Win! Cavs Win!"

Go Figure...

My daughter got the flu and I couldn't make it to the game... Thank God for Webcast!!!!

Waiting to hear what the attendance figure was for the game. Looked like another great crowd.

..how much does that place hold? It looked half-full or a bit more.

I think it can hold 2500 - 3000.

It is really hard to tell just how many are in the GPC because of where the camera is located.

I'm going to guess there were just shy of 2000. I think we had 1997 for a meaningless game Sunday. I sure thought we'd get close to a packed house for what could be the only playoff game. Hopefully, the Cavs can get a win in Yakima and host some more games in the finals!

My heart *might* be able to take another game...

wow, wow, wow. I just got back to OKC from the game and it was certainly memorable. Not sure of exact attendance, but the crowd was loud and into it the whole time. Great crowd, great game, great time.....tonite was why i'm doing this in the CBA. I love it!

The local paper has the attendance listed as 1,368. I really thought there were more than that, but sections D & F were pretty empty.

I tried adding up the total number of seats by looking at the seating chart on their site and it looks like the Coliseum can seat about 2580 plus the seats behind the benches.

You need to keep a 30 seat circumfrence around the radion guy epmty. Granted he is "into" the Cavs , but he is not very enjoyable. He repeats everything twice . Last nite he said Tony Key has that "afroamerican" hairdo.
What? Then he said "reggae style". What? I thought he was headed for accidental epic racial slur. But he dug himself out of it. What is his real job? that he is able to travel with the team.

SUNKINGS, you are completely accurate in that assessment. I watched about the last 5 minutes of this game and in that short time period, I heard him repeat at least 20 different things twice. It is ridiculous. Does he not even realize that he repeats himself or what?

Did anyone notice that Paul Woolpert came very very very close to being arrested for his profanity in front of those little kids????? Surely I'm not the only one that saw it. Security even stopped the game and called the ref over there.

I don't know what else Chris Needham does other than announce the Cavs games. I've been told he used to do the sports on the evening news in Oklahoma City a few years ago, as well as announce the old Oklahoma City Cavs games when they were in the CBA before.

I've heard a lot of people comment on his broadcasts and they all say one of two things. They either love him and his excitement or they have a hard time listening because he repeats things too much. A few have said they like him, but wish he didn't repeat himself so much.

He needs to save the repeating for the special occasions like "Brandon Dean steals the ball and he's fouled!" I can see repeating that one.

Not everything is a "The Giants win the pennant! The Giants win the pennant!" moment.

MRR went stomping across the court dropping f-bombs in Yaktown a few weeks ago. No swearing in the bible belt I guess. I dont think it's against the law even in OK to swear. I know for a fact Haywood and Company were swearing like crazy when they were stomping around our court last week.
Because I was there (copywright PBSF)

It was pretty instense for a minute, but the ref definetley told them that if they didn't sit down and leave the coach alone, they could watch the rest of the game from the top row of the stands......either way, good meeting you after the game GLBRZ!

Ok, from my vantage point it wasn't about Woolpert AT ALL! It was about Anthony Washington cursing at a fan because the fan was trying to get in his face about saying something about the fan's wife. That's why the game was stopped, to settle things out between the fan, who was very close to being ejected and perhaps arrested, and the players who were trying to figure things out.

It will be interesting friday nite. The place will be SRO. And all the old retirees will probably stay home. The players will be right next to the fans. MRR always drops a nice expletive at the fans, but has a nice buffer zone at the Sundome
