When can we just say Andrew Haines is another Jim Cashman and stop giving him the coverage and the dignity of having his own category on this and other forums. So far he has proved he is cut from the same mold and the NEHL never had it own section due to Jim's track record.
Also did anyone notic in the times article that Larry Debnar is now the Director of Hockey Ops. If that is true now he is that and the director of officials.
This league will not last. Admin can you please just delete the MAHL column and let everyone post under general minor league hockey? I think we all give this thing way to much credit for as crooked as AH is.
Thanks for giving us a place to give our opinions

Since Haines has the money to travel and put together new franchises. I
would hope he has paid this seasons players, rent, etc., as well.
 BTW -- It would have been much nicer to be talking MAHL playoffs now, wouldn't it?

FMG Corporation signed a contract with Midwest training and Ice center in Dyer Indiana a Chicago Suburb (by the way the rink holds under 1000 people from what I understand) ( Facilities now under the FMG umbrella include: The David S. Palmer Arena, Danville, IL; Oaks Center Ice, Oaks, PA; United States Training Center (USTC), Downingtown, PA; The Rock Ice Pavilion, Dunellen, NJ; Lancaster Ice Rink, Lancaster, PA; and, Midwest Training & Ice Center, Dyer, IN.)

It could be a rich widow's tax write-off.
