Evidently the first round of the playoffs will be held at Yakima Valley CC and not the SunDome. The finals will be at the SunDome, so I was wondering what the conflict is.
Yakama-Oklahoma is going to be a great series. I certainly hope it is webcast, even at the new venue.

The "Home show" is in the Sundome this weekend. It sux but whatever. When a league announces the playoffs a week before the season ends it's pretty much the way it goes. Webcast is questionable right now.
This is an example of why the league is messed up. I'm glad that Atlanta and Great Falls joined, but I wish they had better owners. Because of the Explorers owner(forgot his name--oh yes Tuckman), the league does not announce the playoff format until just the last few days, which means that not only do the Sun Kings lose out on the dome advantage(needing a temporary court), but the Xplosion suffer also. If the Explorers and the Krunk had better owners it would have been the top 2. Nothing against the Miners because they've had a great season.
I also question why the National Division Championship is held on the same date as the X/Miners game. They should have waited on that until our play-in game was decided and hold it on the same dates(imo).

..on Tuesday the 18th. Game Two will be at the Community College.
I am sure scheduling the playoff games isn't easy. Last year, the Albany River Rats AHL team ended up playing their playoff games in Glens Falls (50 miles away) after their arena had booked up the playoff dates, so it happens.
I am sure the dates in Minot are booked (though it is noticeable that the SkyRockets don't get many weekend dates at home with only three Saturdays and seven Fridays, so I am guessing Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday will be the dates in Minot). Hopefully this will be improved with the new local ownership), but not necessarily the EK or Pittsburgh date at home.

IF (relax, psbf, I said if) the Miners beat Pittsburgh tomorrow night, there is already a scheduled game and advanced tickets to reserve for their home game against Minot in the American Conference Finals. That date is Thursday, March 13th
You did say IF, FO, I saw that. And IF the X win, that will all be for not. I appreciate your putting the IF in there. If goes both ways:)

*IF* the Xplosion win will the Minot series begin on the 13th or a different date?
