from an e-mail from Joe to PBL owners.
As you know, Tom and Sev solicit ABA teams with a smear campaign virtually every day, including our expansion teams. I have never done anything even close to that and never will. You know how I feel about those two.

So this is another email, not the one he sent out about the PBL folding recently, wow...This is getting to be very desparate and pathetic on the ABA's part if they continue to send out phony emails
a1 you should post up the whole email, im sure alot of us here on OSC would love to see more ;)

The ABA CEO can't handle the truth, so he makes up things about other people which are not true

The thing is, even if they were solicited (which they aren't), they could always say no and Tom & Sev would have no problem with it.
The teams VOLUNTARILY leave because they're fed up with cancelled games and the lack of planning for league events. Which Manchester, Halifax, Quebec and hopefully Vermont and Montreal will do if their owners have any brains (and it seems they do)

Exactly right minor league man. Exactly right. Teams aren't leaving because the PBL is a wonderful, money making, over-the-top, great place to be. They are leaving because the incompetance and staggering mismanagement of the ABA are forcing them OUT not the PBL bringing the IN.
Its a PUSH factor out of the ABA, not a PULL factor into the PBL.

But if should read...
As you know, Tom and Sev have done so and will continue to sue me. I really wish they'd simply go away and leave me alone.
Oh ya, the Jaloza + Fratella lawsuit against Joe was won in Marion County court in Indiana, (going by memory here) but I think Joe appealed it to the state court and then it got remanded (ie kicked back) to Marion County again to hammer out a principal of law as the plaintiffs were not Indiana residents and the defendants were. Anyone know where that stands now?

Is he snapping his fingers hoping to get them to go away?
