How many Burrel Lee's are there? Is this a father-son coaching duo?

I read three weeks back that LA Stars had relieved him from his coaching duties only to end up in Oklahoma (November 16th release):

OKLAHOMA BALLHAWGS NAME OPENING ROSTER

16-Nov-2004
Oklahoma City, OK -- Chianti Roberts, GM of the ABA Oklahoma Ballhawgs professional basketball team today announced the opening roster of the team. According to Roberts, "We look good, we look competitive, we'll do well." Included are:

Antonio Reed, 5'11" Point Guard, Tulsa
Marcus Carr, 6'1" Point Guard, Cal State Northridge
Tim Gill, 6'3" Shooting Guard, Tulsa
Ramel "Rock" Lloyd, 6'4" Shooting Guard, Cal State Long Beach
Marcus Hill, 6'5" Small Forward, Tulsa
Ebi Ere, 6'6" Small Forward, Oklahoma
Tyrone Meriweather, 6'6" Power Forward, Cal Poly Pomona
Byron Houston, 6'6" Power Forward, Oklahoma State
Lou Moore, 6'8" Center, Oklahoma
James Williams, 6'10" Center, Cal State Long Beach
Head Coach: Burrel Lee III

Now today I see that he is coaching the Stars again in the following release:

Cedric Ceballos to Debut with Los Angeles Stars (2-0) vs. ABA Defending Champions The Long Beach

November 27, 2004 - Los Angeles, CA - Los Angeles Stars General Manager/Head Coach Burrel Lee announced today that former NBA All-Star Forward Cedric Ceballos will make his debut with the Los Angeles Stars Sunday, November 28th, 2004 at 2:00pm vs. the Long Beach Jam.
"Cedric is coming to come in and be that veteran leader that most teams don't have" Coach Lee said. "He is coming off a 32pt & 19reb game in a pre-season game in Hermosillo, Mexico."

The Stars are coming off a 153-152 win over Hermosillo and the Jam are coming off a loss at Fresno 156-149. This should be the begining of a cross-town rivalary, that will have many great games to come.

So my questions are:

1. Who is coaching the Oklahoma squad?
2. Does Oklahoma still have a squad?
3. Why hasnt Cincy, Philadelphia, Oklahoma City, Juarez or St. Louis have a game played, nearly two weeks into the season?

Please know, I am not criticizing the league (yet), but rather trying to make sense out of this with my early cup of coffee. Any help will be appreciated.

Cedric played for my CBA Team in Sioux Falls, SD last year, and he only averaged 14.7 ppg and 4.9 rpg, and he quit to play in Europe, so dont count on him playing a full season if Europe comes calling again in January.

Philadelphia has played but the game was suspended before completion. I don't remember whether that was because of a broken goal or the death of the Pittsburgh coach. Those events let to the suspensions of two games.
Juarez dropped out of the league a week or two before the start of the season but is now shown as playing at Kansas City Jan. 22 and Feb. 20.
Cincinnati is still expected to play. I don't know any more about the others than you.
