Rio Grande Valley won again, defeating Albany, 122-112 in overtime at the Armory. Their 12th win!

not talk about what you really wanted to talk about, it wasn't

"12 wins!" You have not cared about their wins/losses before, come on

PSBF, why can't you find you about what Steelers are expected to participate in/attend the exhibition game the 11th? Surely the X will help their number #1 fan out as I am curious who will be there in addition to Franco Harris... perhaps check the local media, newspapers, arena cleaning crews.... someone has to know... there has to be someone in Pitt that can give you some information.

I can't believe they treat you this way..... perhaps call the X offices a few times tomorrow to figure things out for us....

Good Luck... keep us informed!

Cat, Albany is out of it and I'm impressed with RGV play as of late.

OT, I could care less about the Steelers and I have no information about them. The only info I was given is what I posted in another thread. If you don't believe me, that's your problem.

It seems all the personnel and financial issues are finally settled, so the Silverados can conentrate on finishing the season strong. It's just too bad they are ending up on the road.

I wonder what the Silverados turnout figures were for their final home games.

Sunday was predictably pretty empty. Friday's was reportedly quite a good crowd but Saturday was not. BorderFest was happening that weekend and might have had some influence on attendance.

So does this loss put Albany out of the playoff race? I hope so, that will mean the Miners have locked up the play-in game.

I hate the Xplosion's inactivity. Our last game saw us beat the Miners back on the 22nd. We play again tonight and Sunday to finish the season. Hopefully, we can sweep Butte. But I'm not sure what to expect after they had more than a week off.

So does this loss put Albany out of the playoff race? I hope so, that will mean the Miners have locked up the play-in game.

It puts the Miners magic number at 1.5 quarter points. Any combination of points won by the Miners or points lost by the Patroons that equal 1.5 over the next 4 games (3 that Albany has left, 1 that EK has left) will lock it up for the Miners.
