Starting with around 34 teams, right?

I'll say they'll finish the season (which will be cut short AGAIN) with around 20 teams... and over half of those will fold after the season.

they just didn't know when to say 'no, we have enough teams for this year."

they should have taken 16 this year, and added by 4's...this is easier on scheduling and would have saved on cost also...

i would think that management in the aba has to be very concerned that they expanded way too quickly...

i say 24 will survive through the year...

Actually, I think 24 would be a good guess of how many will start the year.

Again, look to an early tournament of 16 teams.

About 24-25 starting and about 18-20 finishing looks about right at this moment.
I would much prefer knowing who is going to start the season, what the team names are, what the logos are and where the teams will play-and that their is a reasonable expectation that those same teams will be around, playing in the same places, at the end of a complete season.

I think that is about the first thing you and I have ever agreed on when it comes to the ABA!

Why do you think only 24-25 will start when their website still show mid 30's and the season starts today???

Do you know who might not play (other than Calgary, Jacksonville, Ontario)?
