:?: Well, I haven't heard much more news on this league. Is it a go? The only two teams I hear about are Lansing, and Northern Michigan playing a game. I guess Ohio was suppose to start soon. Isn't it a little late to be starting a pro hockey league anyway. I guess I'm kinda in the dark on this league, there isn't a whole lot of news on this thing. Can anyone fill me in? One more thing. Why does everybody hate this Big Mike guy?

Ohio's franchise is dead for all intents and purposes. If you are being left in the dark it's because the owner of the league sees fit to keep everyone in a state of limbo rather then come clean with the fact that he has no intention of making this thing go. (I question weather or not he ever had the finances to run even a A-level league anyway.)

Big Mike is the iihl owner and co-owner of ************.com . He has basically threatened to sue everyone he can find and trashed even his supporters.

This thing is a pathetic joke now and will not play a real game.

I thought Ohio hired a Coach, and a GM from Ohio State. Well at least thats what I read on one of the links on this site. If the team is dead did the Coach, and GM get appointed to another team, or did they just loose their jobs?? Who are the coaches of the other teams??

We were kicked off the site because you, Mike Killbreath purchased SDN and didn't appreciate people asking questions about the iihl. I asked serious questions that everyone on this site and over there wanted to know:

Where's the schedule?

Who are the coaches and GM's?

Why is there NO contact info for any of the teams with the exception of the Predators?

Why has the entire operation been shrouded in secrecy?

Why do the iihl owners, (Killbreath) continue to carry themselves with "you people don't need to know anything when the fans are to give you money later?

These were and still are very serious questions that you didn't want answered and anyone who questioned the allmighty Killbreath were bannished.

You then threatened Paul and OSC because I put up a press release that was public knowledge and I understand you lifted from another news source. If you want to sue me, go right ahead and I will bring forward everyone you ever screwed over in the last 4 years and countersue you for every cent you have. (And I understand that is a lot.)

You days in this sport are numbered and now nobody will work for you. The clock is ticking Killbreath, your credibility is nil and your league is looking like a total sham.

That confirms that someone using the name Marion Wagner and using the email handle 'viperlady' did indeed send out a mass email criticizing us to several leagues and teams. She was upset about a post that appeared on our old message board. If I remember correctly, the post contained profanity, and I removed it as soon as I saw it. Marion, for some reason, did not contact us at all, preferring instead to badmouth us to these other organizations, including the Bombers. We have uncovered extensive evidence which undeniably ties Marion to your site. We have since forwarded the evidence to the Bombers and a couple of other organizations.

Last week we received an email from Marion Wagner, using a different email address, and referring to herself as the CEO of your website, Mike. But you also refer to yourself as the site's CEO. As I asked in an unanswered email to you, who is Marion?

OurSports Central does not believe in conducting ourselves in such a manner. I regret having to use the board to clarify these events, but I believe it is necessary to show the lengths that some will go to try to discredit others. As I wrote you and Marion, OSC wants to work with, not against, other websites that are also focused on minor and independent league sports. Our only goal is to provide all the news our visitors want. We trust we won't see anything like this from you or Marion again.

For one, it's "credibility," and yours is in serious question.

Here are the facts. viperlady@*******.net (I won't post her email address unless needed) emailed the teams and leagues as I stated above. You can't dispute that. I have a copy of the email, complete with everyone she cc'd it to. Second, viperlady is Marion Wagner and she is with your site. Next, we received an email from Marion Wagner from the same email address you used, your site's staff account. Again, I can forward it here if needed, Mike. Both of you claim your last name is Wagner and that you're both CEO of said website. Finally, there is no way you would know that the Bombers responded to the slanderous email unless you/Marion sent it in the first place!

Enough threats, Mike. You cannot hide what you/Marion have done. You love to threaten action against others and answer criticism only with obfuscation and belligerence. Either prove that anything I have written is incorrect or go away.

For someone who considers oursportscentral.com so disreputable, the IIHL's "Wizard of Obfuscation" certainly spends more than his fair share of time peering from behind his "curtain" at what is going on in the OSC message forums.

Who else wishes that the "Wizard" would follow Dorothy's lead, click his heels together three times, mumble that "There's no place like home," and... DISAPPEAR?!?!

Before all is said and done, there will be more than a few IIHL investors, players and fans who will be wishing that the "Wizard" would disappear... or, had NEVER appeared in the first place!

I have called out Killbreath in this manner only because I am so sick and tired of his bullying everyone on the net. That is one of the main differences between our sites. We don't consider all criticism of an organization to necessarily be trouble. Sometimes it is well-founded, other times not. This is a place for fans and team/league personnel to get together to talk. Not all of that talk will be positive, but we hope it is always fun for our visitors.

You know as well as I do that there was no "professional courtesy" involved in any of your communication. First, you/Marion slandered OSC. Then, you threatened us. Repeated attempts to rationally discuss any differences between us were swatted away by you. You came on our message boards for the sole purpose of attacking our visitors. That is intolerable and a discourtesy I will not repay.

In all of my communication with you I have tried to be professional and courteous. I'm sorry that you do not want to respond in kind. You obviously do not want to be forthcoming on the matters I discussed, and you are upset that I called you on them publicly. We both know the truth.

I have kept extensive records of all your actions and correspondence should they be needed in the future. Marion's email was not "hacked," and I have enough information to prove it, including her followup correspondence to one of the organizations she emailed originally. :oops: I plead guilty, too, because I got into it only to get information and see how legit the IIHL is so that I can promote it on our site. The self-imposed deadline for a schedule has past and all the "beloved" SDN :twisted: has is Arena information for 7 teams, nothing else.

As for those who have claimed to have seen iihl games, how can you have seen games that haven't been advertised at all? There is no schedule and only 2 teams have arenas. (That can be proven.)

They were banned from your board, and everyone here knows that you have little credibility. We've all seen how you react to criticism. You attack other posters, slander other websites and refuse to answer the questions put to you. Then you try to cover your tracks by erasing your messages. It surprises no one that when their opinions ran contrary to yours, you banned them.

How many times are you going to post messages that say the same thing over and over? You're the problem here. Leave, and we'll be fine. Don't worry about OSC or its message boards. They are my responsibility, not yours. You take care of your site, and I'll take care of this one. Problem solved. Put it out of your mind and enjoy minor league hockey, no matter what league(s) or team(s) you support. There will always be critics, some with valid points, others without, even in family friendly environments. They have just as much right to voice their opinions here as anyone else. Relax and we'll see who's right in the end.
